Wigs etc. has partnered with Canada Post for fast and secure delivery.

We offer a flat rate of $25.00 for shipping within Canada so there are no surprises at the check-out. This rate provides Expedited Shipping across Canada that includes:  Tracking  |  On-Time Guarantee  |  Updates | and no charge for Duty. We ask for your understanding that we cannot stock all items from all Brands however our providers are excellent at shipping to us or in certain cases directly to our client.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For your protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address, if a differing shipping address cannot be verified. Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, nor can the package be tracked. Therefore, we only ship to a physical address.

POTENTIAL DELAYS

Please be sure to provide all of your correct billing information on the order form. Include the exact name on the credit card, your exact billing address, expiry date and your phone number. If our online system cannot verify the transaction, the order will be delayed, as we will need to contact you to request further information. Shipping delays may also occur due to holidays, weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to change or cancel your order you have up to 2 hours to do so within business hours. We understand your excitement so orders are processed upon receipt within the business hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM (MST). Phone calls are answered between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Monday to Fridays and from 10:00 to 2:00 on Saturdays. If the order has not been processed, it will be cancelled and refunded in full, however If the item has been shipped, or if it is refused at time of delivery, a restocking fee equal to 10% of the value of the order plus the costs of shipping will be applied against the amount refunded. Furthermore, If the cancelled order is delivered, it is your responsibility to ship it back to us at your cost within 10 days from date of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refunded amount. Thank you, and I look forward to assisting you!

BACK ORDERS

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a popular item exceeds inventory.

If this occurs, we will contact you with an estimated arrival date with options to either select an alternate colour, style, remain on the priority waitlist, or cancel your order.
