RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Upon receipt of your new wig, please try it on and look it over thoroughly as soon as possible. Please treat it with care, do not remove any tags, brush/comb, wash, or alter it any way, until you are completely certain you wish to keep it. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your money, if the item(s) are eligible.

Your items are only eligible for return if:

  • Tags are attached
  • Not brushed/combed/washed etc.
  • Odor-free
  • No sign of wear or makeup/styling product residue
  • Not cut, altered or washed
  • Accompanied by receipt

Ineligible items:

  • Sale Items (always a final sale)
  • Virtual Gift Cards (always a final sale)
  • Discontinued Items (always a final sale)
  • Care and Accessory Products (always a final sale).

You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product.  When selecting a shipping method, please keep in mind that we allow 15 days from date of your receipt of the item(s) for a return. We highly recommend that you send it with a “signature confirmation”, or equivalent, for tracking purposes, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Items received beyond 15 days will not be considered and will be returned to sender. This turn-around time allows us to meet the return policy requirements of the brand companies we endorse. We charge a 10 processing fee to off-set our costs in returning the Item(s). Items eligible for refund will be processed within 5-7 days upon date of receipt and approval. Thank you.
