Free Delivery on orders over $199!
For all orders under $199, we offer a flat rate of $25 for Expedited Shipping within Canada. This rate includes:
- Tracking
- On-time delivery guarantee
- Delivery updates
- No duty charges
We understand that not all brands are available in-stock at all times, but rest assured, our providers are excellent at shipping to us or directly to you in certain cases.

Important Shipping Information
- Shipping Address: For your protection, we reserve the right to ship orders to the billing address if the shipping address cannot be verified. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, as they are not traceable.
- Shipping Delays: Delivery times can be affected by holidays, weather, and other natural or carrier delays. Please remember that holidays are not considered business days when calculating delivery times.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem! If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST). If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our restocking fee and delivery charges as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Backorders
Occasionally, some of our popular items may be out of stock due to high demand. If this happens, we’ll contact you with an estimated arrival date. You can then choose from the following options:
- Select an alternate color or style
- Stay on our priority waitlist
- Cancel the order for a full refund
