At Wigs etc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return & Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Tags must be attached
  • Item(s) must be unused (unbrushed, uncombed, unwashed, etc.)
  • Item(s) must be free of odors, makeup, or styling product residue
  • Item(s) must be in their original condition, without alteration or damage
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt

Ineligible Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Virtual gift cards
  • Discontinued items
  • Care and accessory products

Return Process

  • Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method (e.g., “signature confirmation”) to ensure it reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
  • All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receipt. Items received after this time will not be considered for return and will be returned to the sender.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs of processing the return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 days, provided the item meets all return requirements, as stipulated in this Return & Refund Policy.
